1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, absolutely! We love capturing love stories in new places. Whether your celebration is in another city, across the country, or abroad, we are available to travel. Travel and accommodation costs are discussed in advance to keep everything transparent.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Of course! We guide you through the process—helping with location suggestions, outfit ideas, and timing so the light is perfect. Our goal is to make sure the session feels natural, fun, and true to your personalities.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date, depending on availability. Cancellations are non-refundable since we block the dates exclusively for you, but the advance can often be adjusted toward future bookings if rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, we provide high-resolution edited digital files with every package. We also offer beautifully crafted albums, fine-art prints, and custom-designed keepsakes. Many couples choose albums and prints as they serve as timeless ways to relive your wedding day for years to come.

5. What if we feel camera shy?

You’re not alone—many couples feel a little nervous in front of the camera at first. Our approach is all about making you feel comfortable and natural. Instead of stiff posing, we guide you through simple prompts, fun interactions, and candid moments so it feels less like a photoshoot and more like spending time together. The result is genuine, relaxed images that reflect your true connection.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to share your ideas, inspiration, or any must-have shots. While we guide you through natural and candid moments, we’re happy to include your requests to make sure your photos truly reflect what matters most to you.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Definitely! We love connecting with our couples before the big day. Whether it’s over coffee, a video call, or a quick chat, meeting helps us understand your story, comfort level, and preferences—so you feel completely at ease in front of the camera.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

We know how excited you’ll be to relive your memories! A preview set is usually shared within a couple of weeks. The final edited photos & films are delivered within 45–90 days, depending on the season and the scale of the wedding. We always ensure each image receives the care and attention it deserves before delivery.
